Everyone is Welcome!Knoxville Chess Kids Club meetings include one hour of instruction followed by one hour of game play. Members are divided into novice and advanced sections. The advanced section instructors for 2011-12 are: Matt Marsh (2100) and Leonard Dickerson NM. The instructor for the novice section will be Dr. Judd Jones. Corry Marsh (1800) will substitute for both sections as needed.UPDATE! This year the advanced and novice section members were paired at each meeting for an ongoing tournament that ended at our last meeting. members did very well across the board; in fact, a majority of winners
from ALL 4 SECTIONS were club members, including 15 who qualified to go to the State Tournament!
